Prestige Falcon City Luxe is the main upcoming Prestige project in Konanakunte. It is on Kanakapura Main Road, opposite Konanakunte Cross Metro Station and close to Forum South Bengaluru.

Like Primrose Hills, Lake Ridge is not located within exact Konanakunte.

A Prestige 1 BHK near Konanakunte currently costs around ₹73 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore in the resale market. Primrose Hills provides smaller homes from about 572 sq. ft., while Lake Ridge offers a larger 661 sq. ft. plan.
