Biggest Townships in South Bangalore 2026

Prestige Falcon City is the largest township on this list. It covers 41 acres on Kanakapura Main Road in Konanakunte and has 2,520 apartments. The project offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes across several high-rise towers. It is a ready development near Konanakunte Cross Metro Station and Forum South Bengaluru.

The project is known for its large residential campus and central South Bangalore location. Its size is about eight acres more than Prestige Song of the South. The wider Falcon City address also creates a strong location base for the newer Prestige Falcon City Luxe project.

Prestige Song of the South is a 33-acre residential township on Begur Main Road. It has 1,733 apartments in 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK plans. The project is larger than Prestige Southern Star by half an acre, though Southern Star has more homes. Song of the South is a completed community with ready residential towers.

Its location connects with Begur, Bannerghatta Road, Akshayanagar and Electronic City. The project includes several towers, landscaped areas and common facilities within one master plan. It remains one of the largest completed residential communities in this part of Bangalore.

Prestige Southern Star is spread over 32.5 acres in Akshayanagar, off Bannerghatta Road. It has 2,130 apartments and offers 3 and 4 BHK homes. The project is slightly smaller than Prestige Song of the South by land area. However, it has 397 more apartments.

Southern Star is one of the major ongoing township projects in South Bangalore in 2026. Its location gives access to Begur Road, Bannerghatta Road, NICE Road and Electronic City. The large site, high unit count and premium apartment plans place it among the biggest new developments in the region.

Brigade Valencia is a 24-acre residential township near Electronic City and Bommasandra. The project has 779 homes across its phases. It offers 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK choices, while the current main offer lists 4 BHK apartments from ₹2.90 Crore. Home sizes range from 1,147 to 2,540 sq. ft.
